KUDOS WHEN DESERVING I subscribe to Apple Valley Communications for my home security service. I have had them for several years without any issue. Apparently my system lost connection with the monitoring office a few days ago and I just found out when I called them about a "Batt" displayed on my control unit. They sent out two technicians the next morning (today). They had to replace some of the system in order to update just like software and computers have to do every so often. AV Comm set up my music system, and monitored my alarm at my first office 25 years ago. Recently, I sold that building (to semi-retire), and moved to a new location where I asked them set up my music system, and alarm again. They also set up my home alarm system and set up my surround sound. Awesome family business. I recommend AV Com to anyone looking for quality, dependability, and great customer service!
