Rick has done it again for us. For a number of years he's been saving our aging - OK, nearly antique - refrigerator, washer & dryer. Today it was the washer. Naturally, it stopped with a full load in it. He thought it might be the pump or motor but kept checking until he discovered a couple of wires that had come loose.. Done & no parts. He's responsive, prompt, honest & reasonable. Where do you find that anymore? Do yourself a favor & try Apple Valley Appliance.
Rick is the only person I trust with repairs, hands down. He's honest, extremely reliable, returns calls promptly and really knows his stuff. He diagnosed my fridge problem over the phone just by a description!
