The Dr did not look in my mouth to see what was going on and why i went to a clinic. Literally .No exam. The DR was in the exam room less than 1 minute. Very disappointed in the service. Very Unprofessional And lacks compassion for patients. I would not recommend for anyone
Went to this apple urgent care in place of my Optum urgent care which seems non existent at this point. Waited about 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. We'll worth with it with the Dr on duty. I felt heard when I expressed concerns for my condition (ear ache) and Dr was thorough with explanation as well as medication needed.
Fast friendly doctor was very nice
