Maria is horrible to work with. I would not recommend this place.
Doctor refused to give me antibiotics. Said I had to go to the ER. I cous not make it to the ER that day so I asked for antibiotics anyways to help me out till I can get to the ER. He filled it, but gave me one I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC TOO. When I called back to have it changed, they refused too. They said and I quote "We were doing you a favor. You have to go to the ER." Guess what? I didn't get to the ER till the following day, I was in horrible pain because I had a bladder infection and the ER CONFIRMED IT to be an infection... read more
It was my first time coming here. Front desk was nice and the nurse who tend to me was also nice. My wait in the lobby was a bit long but I’m guessing they did it who has more urgent matters. I’m ok with it. The doctor who saw me asked questions why I’m there and he assessed me quickly. Nothing wrong with that. They do have a high volume of patients around 4-5pm. Other than that my experience in Apple Urgent Care in Hemet was good. Thank you
Really bad customer service they don't help at all my mom and I went on Friday and today is Sunday and we haven't heard from my mom's medicine and she have a really bad cough
