Very unprofessional, didn’t even bother to take the time to actually check my son, just told me to take him to the E. R. She was very racist with her attitude she was expressing. Told her I was going to report her and she didnt seem to care at all. Her name is Dr Nicole. Shes not even a Dr. Dont know what shes doing there!!!!!!😡😡
The Nurse didn’t really care about how sick I was. I have Kaiser and was having problems with my insurance so I went here. They are pretty fast here but it’s because they spent less Then 5 minutes with each patient. The nurse wouldn’t prescribe me antibiotics even though I told her I felt like I had strep throat. I finally got my antibiotics through Kaiser after almost 2 weeks of being very ill and the day after I felt better. Wish the nurse would have listened to me!!!
I went yesterday. It was a quick check in and check out, then again there were only two people in front of me. Sometimes they take a while, but which clinic doesn’t when they are busy? It really depends. Other than that the staff was friendly, helpful, & welcoming. The doctor listened to what I had to say && then proceeded to asking me questions. They made me feel acknowledged.
It was my first time there and was a great experience My sister recommended it to me. The waiting time was short and the dr was very professional and gave me her full attention and listened to my daughters medical concerns. I will defenitely be back!
