Dishonest con men, will say anything they need to to get you to sign on that.. was just told by the mechanic that they tell everyone that they get a Year's worth of oil changes but in fact you only get one oil change. This is after I had to spend two months arguing with my dealer Blake on where my second set of keys was. Was guaranteed that the car comes with two sets of keys but I had to text and call for 2 months before they could come up with my other set of keys. Don't trust them and particularly don't trust Blake

This place is a scam. I bought a 2020 Honda Civic at this location was told that it came with a warranty and that my service for the first year or x number of miles including oil changes would be covered when the truth was that I get one oil change. One total oil change. This is after I was told that I would get two sets of keys and it took me two months to get the second set of keys. I originally had a great experience, friendly staff , nice vehicles we were dealing with Angelo. All was great until we came back from our test drive to start “talking numbers” I specifically told them I DO NOT want them to run my credit because I have my own loan through the bank. He not only ran it anyway, but they ran it FOUR times through Transunion and Equifax. 4 hard inquiries on my credit when I specifically asked for NONE. Peter Dean did a great job helping me out. Michael, Renee, and Peter were great to work with and basically bent over backwards to get me into a great car. I've had the car a month now and I've had no issues. I'd recommend Apple Tree Honda Pre-owned to anyone.
