I originally had a great experience, friendly staff , nice vehicles we were dealing with Angelo. All was great until we came back from our test drive to start “talking numbers” I specifically told them I DO NOT want them to run my credit because I have my own loan through the bank. He not only ran it anyway, but they ran it FOUR times through Transunion and Equifax. 4 hard inquiries on my credit when I specifically asked for NONE. We had a great experience with Apple Tree Preowned! All of the staff is very welcoming, transparent, and not pushy. Duane R. was our Sales Consultant for our purchase, and we couldn't of asked for a better representative. He was kind, understanding, and willing to answer all of our questions. We appreciate the environment the whole group has in the dealership. We highly recommend buying from Apple Tree!
Blake and Chris were great to work with. Eventually they did not have what I was looking for but would recommend them both. Easy to shop with.
