WORST customer service EVER I pre-paid a night on my Expedia account at the Spokane Apple Tree Inn for my kid for today; she had last minute car trouble and couldn't get there. She called them yesterday to explain, and they said that if she called Expedia, that she could reschedule or cancel her reservation. I called Expedia, who tried hard to get exactly that done, but Aaron and his manager REFUSED to reschedule or refund at all. They have several open rooms tonight, so they have stolen my kid's money, and my Expedia rebate... read more
I stayed there a lot it's a nice place to clean staff is friendly and fairly quiet good breakfast in the morning
This was our 3rd stay. And wouldn't stay anywhere else now if we stay in Spokane.
Staff is super nice. Room is great for the price. I'm here for a couple months.
I would stay there again the staff was very nice and if we needed something or towels or something they would get it for us and the rates were decent our rooms were very clean and housekeeping girls were very polite and respectful and if you asked how to get some place they were more than glad to assist you
