Definitely needs to hire someone to clean the stairwells out as well as the hallways to reduce on unwanted critters and bugs coming into the apartment finding a 2-inch long centipede and wolf spider in your friends apartment because of leaves sitting in the stairwell attracting the bugs is bo good just glad caught them for my friend before one of the kids got bit or worse other than us cleaning it up ourselves it isn't to bad of a place they just need to hire a grounds keeper to clean it up.
