Our family has recently moved to Appletree in Bowmanville after years of not feeling comfortable and confident in previous dental offices. Dental work that has inadvertently been dismissed for years for one of our children, is now getting done and the wonderful staff at Apple tree is taking the time to explain next steps around dental care. I’ve been going to Appletree since they opened in Newcastle and I would not willingly change. Without exception they are professional, friendly, helpful, caring and efficient. I have never been dissatisfied.
My Husband and I are new patients of the clinic and we are extremely happy we chose Apple Tree! Everyone has been so nice from email, to phone and in person. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, the clinic is massive, clean and very nice inside. My hygienist was Brittany, she was so kind, gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth, doing X-rays and educating me.
