Amazing people. My son really enjoyed them and he said that they are one of the best dentist he ever met!

I had some fillings done in January. I had extreme swelling and pain in one of the teeth I had a filling in. I called and told them about the pain, and they did nothing. I had to go to a different dentist and get a root canal. I had a severe infection that they "failed" to see. I was on antibiotics for months, which wreaked havoc on my body. Perspective is everything in life I have learned. I have struggled with white coat syndrome all my life. When my son had to get oral surgery it’s easy to say it was the worst experience of my life. As far as stress that was the top of the stress level for me. I held it together like a champ for my kid and I’m happy to report that every single one of my worries, fears, anything was easily gone. AMAZING! There so nice people!
I had my dental experience at Moundsview. Bridgette was my hygienist. She was friendly and professional. Then Dr Anderson and Courtney took over. They were wonderful!!! I am terrified of the dentist. I didn’t even feel the novacaine go in. The were gentle and reassuring. I will never go anywhere else!!! I give them five stars. Oh and the receptionist with the purple hair was wonderful and friendly. She made me feel right at home and told me it would all be alright
Maybe in Fergus Falls.. try running a business not a high school,, restrict people because they have cancel an appt. that they had no choice but to cancel..so basically they are saying if you cancel we are restricting your appt making because you cancelled ...Their work is poor ,,work that was done didn't even last a year ,,would not recommend to anyone that wants quality work & not to have to keep coming back time & time again to get things fixed or done ,,
