yes Appletree owners are worthless they won't fix nothing the f****** Department's back with sewer water every f****** day gets all in your house and they expect people to pay $700 a month the live with some f****** sewer electric don't work half the time they won't fix nothing they just need to check the apartments down and these are some of the pictures that we have of the sewer backing up everywhere and they don't do

Love this place and the Management ❤
I lived here back in 2014 and I didn't really have a lot of problems. Maintenance fixed things in a timely manner and the people in the office were great. The other residents didn't give me any trouble and it was relatively quiet most of the time.
Apartments suck !!!!!!!!!!!!
the new management and Brenda the new manager are amazing. these apartments were on a very bad downward spiral and Brenda is turning them around by Leaps and Bounds I actually look forward to renewing my lease and living here
