Don't bother stopping in at the Genius Bar unless you have a preset appointment. There are just too many customers these days!

If you have an "appointment" get to the mall at least 15 min ahead of time to find a parking spot and walk to the store. They "cycle you out" after 5 minutes and you go to the end of the looong line.

This store is amazing! Packed but several helpful attendants. Downloaded my iPad II into my new phone and out the door less than 10 min.

use the Apple store app to make your appointment - never disappointed and it even sends you a message when you get close to the store to ask if you want to go ahead and check in!

Made an appt on line for the only Apple store. I've been made to move twice and still no help. Am not an Apple fan right now. And the only reason I'm here is the I O S 5 upgrade messed up my Ipod.
