Had a very relaxing experience! Lulu and grace were great. It was easy to book the appointment and they were accommodating even when I was a few minutes late. Highly recommend!
Paid $115 for couples massage and chose to leave before appointment. When trying to schedule, there were many restrictions (i.e. had to schedule via texting unknown number, special time only to use Groupon & very difficult to coordinate schedule). The place is a nail salon that is not clean, it's dark and very dated/ old. Staff was extremely rude and would converse in another language when I was trying to give Groupon info, making us feel so uncomfortable that we left without getting our massage. Apple Spa – Mansfield, MA Me and my wife had an extremely poor experience here. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We arrived only 3 minutes late, and instead of handling it respectfully, we were scolded the moment we walked in.The place also smelled very bad, which made the whole environment uncomfortable. Overall, it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We both felt so uncomfortable that we almost walked out immediately.
the service was good but the people/worker have a terrible attitude and wasn’t welcoming and the workers didn’t know what we was talking about and not answering our questions and were rude to us
