I recently had an issue at your Adelaide Toronto location with Jennifer, the site manager, regarding a unit transfer. I upgraded from a 6x5 to a 5x10 unit that was clearly advertised online with a 12-week promotional rate, yet was told after signing paperwork that promotions do not apply to transfers—something that was never disclosed beforehand. I have to say this is super good experience. Dianne Rambharose gave me a big help for the storages. She patiently explains how to use the storage. The storage is nice clean.
We’ve been renting at Apple Self Storage for our business since 2022 and couldn’t be happier. Jennifer, Dianne, and Jeff are always friendly and go above and beyond to help with any requests. If you’re looking for storage downtown, definitely check them out!
Jennifer is a rude employee. Every run in with her has been horrible. You can be as nice as possible with her but she always has a chip on her shoulder and shouldn’t be working at the front desk. I finally complained about her attitude to head office and not even a week after that, my rent was raised (by her via email) for the second time in one year. Which ended up costing me almost $100 more a month than what I had initially signed on for.
