The facility is great and easily accessible but all our belongings were eaten by rodents or had mice/rats poop on it
Smooth and helpful service while opening account. Amending review to reflect several factors since: 1) random, general emails about break-ins with no notice about whether my storage locker was broken into but pressure to buy locks from them; 2) rate increase with almost no notice despite having the locker for less than a year; 3) frequent terms of service changes asking for vehicle registration, etc. I mainly selected the location because of convenience but would not recommend to anyone else. I’ve been organizing a last minute move and needed some storage. I messed up my online booking and arrived quite frazzled on my move in day. Abdul took care of everything; fixed my booking, checked me in and did so with such a friendly calm disposition. He’s a star!
Such a smooth move in process, this storage facility is much cleaner than our previous one, brighter and more accessible. Very grateful to the staff for getting us settled in! Shout out to Aaron for all the help!
