This is my first time using a storage facility and they were so nice and took me to tour the units and show me different sizing and all of the features included in the facility. Highly recommend!
We greeted by ross at the front, super kind and straitforward service. The client relationship was very warm, the 5$ first payment promo was a nice gesture to new renters. Facilities were modern, clean and felt like an upgrade from our old place for a comparable rate. Very happy with our decision to move to apple.
Came in looking for a unit, Ross showed me around offered multiple solutions to resolve both my short term needs as well as long term fixes.
The facilities are clean and well maintained. Everything looks new! They even have washrooms and a board room on site for customer use! The employee who helped us, Ross, was professional, friendly, and helpful. He’s been very accommodating for us throughout the rental process. Apple Storage definitely is a refreshing change to the typical outdoors rental experience.
