Staff are very helpful. New units indoors and climate controlled are sparkling clean. No mandatory extra insurance fees. Much better and more economical that Green Storage.
I've been putting up with rent increases at this location for the past 3 years. This last increase under the new ownership cost me an extra $100 a month! It's a clean storage facility but it's really not worth it when I can get the same unit just down the road for half the price. Sorry I will not be storing with you guys anymore, this is ridiculous.
Service provided is always great very helpful and with smile. The product provided unit is clean and easy accessible.
Our expirence was very easy and helpful, all of our storage questions were answered and multiple storage options were offered. We appreciate how easy and straight forward Cornelia made our visit.
Stephanie was an absolute treat to deal with. Her customers services skills are incredible. I give her a 10 star ⭐️ rating all day long Brad at the office is amazing too he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. 10 stars ⭐️ for him and my storage. The 24 access made the process of moving very easy.
