Cornelia was extremely helpful in guiding me through the storage rental process. She was informative, helpful, & super friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend that’s in need of some storage space
Absolutely amazing! 20mins before close and we were helped and not pushed away and told to come another day. Fast and efficient and we didnt feel like just another payday to them. Cornelia is absolutely amazing! She makes this place great! Best customer service BY FAR! Prices are great. Units are just what we needed. Feel more confident with this location than others weve used before. Update Sept 11: If I could give this Apple Storage a 10star I would! The lady running the place goes above and beyond for her tenants!
Staff are very helpful. New units indoors and climate controlled are sparkling clean. No mandatory extra insurance fees. Much better and more economical that Green Storage.
I've been putting up with rent increases at this location for the past 3 years. This last increase under the new ownership cost me an extra $100 a month! It's a clean storage facility but it's really not worth it when I can get the same unit just down the road for half the price. Sorry I will not be storing with you guys anymore, this is ridiculous.
Service provided is always great very helpful and with smile. The product provided unit is clean and easy accessible.
