We have maintained four storage units at this facility since 2022. Rent increases are announced a few weeks in advance and are regular and have become quite ridiculous. We are currently paying $ 170.00 more per unit on average in 2026 than we were paying in 2022 when we first moved in! Examples: Unit 1 was $ 557.00 and is now $ 692.00; Unit 2 was $ 455.00 and is now $ 687.00; Unit 3 was $ 433.00 and is now $ 587.00 and Unit 4 was $ 433.00 and is now $ 590.00. Cornelia, the manager at the Bales location, was very helpful from the first meeting, explaining all of the storage options. She continued to be very accessible and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. The location is well maintained and clean and pricing is very competitive.

Purchased storage, got access code, code didn’t work, no emails or phone calls answered 0/10 don’t suggest
