This place is terrible no one knows what to do i will never do business with these people .I park a trailer at thes storage unit in barrie the yard man told me i had to move it over so i did then another employee toldme ihad to moveit back Wheni moved the trailer out i was told that I'm not getting my deposit back because they only mail a cheque very old school im retired & traveling with no mailing address. Pretty decent storage place , although like most Storage places I feel like it’s a bit of a money grab, I only started leasing my rental unit a few months ago, and they’re already increasing the price on me … best part about this place is the warm and welcoming greeting. You’ll get from the lovely lady behind the desk in the front office. She is helpful and kind. She’s honestly the reason I chose to go with that storage place. It’s a decent place. Not the best not the worst.
