Fast, reliable and very cordial. The staff is very good at his work and the service was swift and timely.
These people don’t care for their customers at all!!! I had an agreement with the original owners who understood being on ODSP I would require long term storage at a fixed rate that didn’t change. I signed no agreement with Apple Storage and they continue to jack the cost through the roof! I had a locked in cost of 214$ per month, now they have charged me whatever money I have for food up to 367$!!! This is highway robbery! This is not a heated unit. There are no lights or electricity. Very clean, and the space was way more than I needed. Enough space to keep my household items inside when I was trying to move out. The staff was also great
