The staff at 590 Read Rd, are very helpful and nice people. I noticed when I am there to pay my monthly fee, or when I am alone at the office, the atmosphere is friendly. The lots are generally clean of debris or trash. To date there are no recordable issues with my unit either.
The storage is neat and services are prompt. The manager and staffers are friendly and courteous. I will recommend the storage anytime all the time.
Quick and easy, friendly staff, and nice clean units. Reasonable prices...great place to store your valuables.
I'm a bit disappointed. I paid for a storage unit at 2 in the afternoon for my daughter. When I took her out there at 7 p.m. She realized it was not a heated unit and refused to put any of her belongings in it. I called the office and left a message that I didn't want the unit. Then I called first thing in the morning and was told that I couldn't cancel it and was responsible to pay for the entire month.
