Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Trying to merge info between two phones took a bit but that was due to some technical problems beyond the store’s control. Zack/Zach, Lewis (Sp?), Ty and Vanessa were all professional, knowledgeable, polite and empathetic! Thank you Scottsdale Fashion Square Apple Store!
