I’ve been here a few times before but today’s experience was terrible. I do appreciate the reasonable prices but they charged me 12 for callous removal when nothing special was done to remove the callous and I still have them very much on my feet. The worst part of this was when I politely was telling them how nothing was done for callous removal they just walked away after taking my money. That is just not acceptable. I got my highlights done and I’m absolutely in awe with the job my stylist did. It’s so pretty I’m obsessed!! The prices are very reasonable and the service is great! I’ve been going here for over 3 years now and would definitely recommend for highlights :)
They made me wait for over 40 minutes with my feet in the water before being serviced. If they couldn’t take me, they should have just said so instead of holding my feet hostage. They looked like prunes by the time they even started my service. They also definitely do not clean ANYTHING here. Hair on the footrests, dirty towels, reusing files and implements without sanitizing. Dust balls rolling around the ground.
