Friendly ladies, they always do an exelent job.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was genuinely one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The stylist was careless and rushed through the entire cut. They left both sides of my hair visibly uneven, and I had to point it out myself before they made any attempt to fix it, which shouldn't have been necessary at all. They also completely ignored my request for layers. Instead of creating any shape or structure, they just haphazardly chopped at my hair.
