Absolutely terrifyingly TERRIBLE. Our experience with this company was terrible. Thanks to them, I’m currently growing mold in one of my rooms, a complete safety and health hazard, because as it rains, the ceiling roof collects and leaks. I’ve tried calling and emailing MULTIPLE times they’ve said they would get back, however, it was a complete fail each and every single time. Definitely would not recommend this company.
Called their office 2 times. Filled out forms online trying to get a quote was told they would email us been over 2 days still no contact. Just moving onto find another company.
Working with this company has been an absolute pleasure. Ethan was great throughout the entire process and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of at every step. I couldn’t recommend using this company and working with Ethan enough!
Ethan Weatherman helped us get our roof repaired after the April 2021 hail storm. Our house was one the first homes repaired on our street. This was very helpful because we continued to get bad storms. Ethan helped us pick out a new color for our gutter which really improved the appearance of our home. We are happy with the work and the results. We recommend using Crest Exteriors.
I had my whole roof replaced by Crest Exteriors because of the April 15th Hailstorm. Project manager was Ethan Weatherman, he did a tremendous job! He worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner and precisely as promised. He was on the roof most of the time supervising and making sure everything was done properly and took photos for me so I new what was going on in real time as the roof was been installed.
