In reference to the new property manager John Ogni at Apple Valley in Sugar Hill a real pleasure compared to the past managers I truly appreciate his open and honesty and availability he is very congenial and knowledgeable and it's obvious that he does care about the residents so I give him all my acolytes and appreciate if you guys can see to it that he has a good path to a successful career thank you
2025... this is still a horrible lot to rent management come and go.
I’ve been here a few times to a friend home and the area is very quite and small. I like small neighborhoods.
