If I could give a ZERO (0) I would, made an appointment , when I arrived for my appointment no one was there!!!!! It looks like somebody’s Home!!!!! No one answered the phone when I tried to reach them for my appointment.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brought laptop in for repair. Took two weeks, but they repaired it. One of the two problems recurred within a week. Brought back because it was under their warranty. After a week they called to say they repaired it and to contact for pick up. Then they would not call back for almost two weeks. They only called back when I used a different phone and name.
