Puru is a gentleman and fierce. What I mean is he will never give up until he done everything humanly possible to make sure there is a good (or at least as good as can be) outcome. My case took a while but he really delivered and now my MacBook Pro is as good as new. In our throwaway society it’s great that we have tenacious experts like Puru around.
