This place is disgusting and should be condemned. Staff seems to be okay though
My mother conducted her rehabilitation from hip surgery at Apple Rehab Guilford and had a very positive experience. The facility was clean, the staff was very professional and pleasant, and even the food was good! A special shout out to the outstanding PT and OT personnel. The PT, Sam, was a true professional and her attention to detail and dedication to the patients was beyond reproach.
