The Apple realty agency contacted the property owner to replacement of the deck and also to replace the mailbox to the side of the street and so I'm extremely satisfied with the changes that's being made and done only thing is to updated the flooring & carpeting throughout the unit ,stainless steel kitchen appliances such as fridge and the new stove stainless steel as well as and also to upgrade the washing machine and dryer without charging extra for it plus to get a new toilet and bathtub shower and new otherwise it's a go... read more
