And then they turn out to be the most threatening, negative, mean, disrespectful and uncaring slum lords I have ever encountered. Slumlords with a Smile For the first 2 months, they will treat you wonderfully. After that, good luck and good riddance. Apple rented us a crappy house in a terrible neighborhood, all the while smiling. We have had problems with constantly leaking plumbing, unsafe electricity, lead paint, a back deck that is not up to code, neighborhood break-ins and violence, a terribly inefficient heating system that leads to very high heating costs, little to no insulation, and an all-around terrible experience. Cheap rent, poor service Rent was cheap, but the service was very poor - i told them that my water heater was broken before i went on vacation and i still had no hot water when I returned two weeks later. Also, the office staff are usually nice, but don't always know what to do - the procedures for adding people to the lease and disconnecting utilities varied depending on whom you talked to and what mood they were in.
Nice locations Apple Realty has pretty good rentals that are not to expensive. The staff tries their best to find you a place that fits your needs. They are very welcoming as you walk through the door. I was not able to find anything that I needed here, but should my situation change, I will go back.
Good properties I did find that I liked apple realty as we searched to relocate. They had good customer care and offer a user friendly web site. I like the locations and prices of many of their properties.We were not able to rent form them due to the space we needed and the specific locations their vacancies were would have been to far husbands job.
All around great experience These guys r great. We were shown some great properties, found one we liked and rented it smoothly.
