Recommendedsafe and secure on-site management and maintenance. surveillance cameras and a lock-down keypad entrance. cameras in the stairwell. very well protected by a security company every evening they drive in and out. the people here are very nice and very friendly
RecommendedI moved in approximately 3 weeks ago to an apartment that was clean and well maintained. This is the only time I have moved into a place that I could put things away without cleaning. Even when I built a house in Star I had to vacuum sawdust. Shelly and Chad do a wonderful job in their positions . Fast and efficient. I love living here , a graduate of Filer High School. It good to be home. Their residents are like family. Thanks Aspen Grove. Ken Eggleston

RecommendedI enjoy living at Aspen Grove Apartments I've been here for 12 years I've seen a lot of managers come and go and the one we have now Shelly Wilson is trying very hard doing a great job this place is never look better and the people that are coming in are so much better than they used to be she's really turn this place around I would recommend this to anybody I love my neighbors we have barbecues here we I have parties and a lot of them are from the Aspen Grove people and Shelley herself some people don't like it I love it he... read more

Lived here for a year since we were new to the city. Nice place, nice staff and the place is so reasonably priced. We also love the SE Boise area and this is close to everything.
