This is our first time using Apple Pest Control. We loved how informative and helpful Jon was. He was very thorough and made sure to listen to all our needs to get rid of these ants!! His customer service was on point.
I have been a loyal customer for few years. A week ago we noticed that our dog was bringing in fleas from the backyard. Apple already sprays for pest quarterly so I called them to inquire about the fleas. They quoted me $150-200 depending on what the technician said. When I asked them if they guaranteed their work they replied that yes they do and that if I still see them still I could call and they would spray. No one said anything about paying AGAIN in a week. Apple Pest was recommended to us when we moved into town. After a 1 & 1/2 years of trusting this company with pest control for our home, I cannot recommend them enough!! Specifically, Chris our Pest guy is so personable, professional and always making sure we have no issues. Used to use them when they have a sense of integrity but as of late, avoid this company like it’s a plague. Had a pest problem on a rental property and said they could handle it without issue. Mind you, I don’t mind paying for services to ensure it’s done properly and efficiently. To be charged over $300 initially and another $99 follow up to place ONE TRAP on the exterior of a property is mind baffling.
