My daughter has been a long-time, of and on, patient of Apple Pediatrics since the day she was born. It was a place of care, consideration, and ethics. They have a new doctor, Dr Lazaro, and she is fantastic. Considerate and very knowledgeable. However, the customer service has diminished considerably. The considerations are gone, and it is a cash grab when it comes to some services or implementations. We are so grateful to have Dr. Allison Ostrow as our pediatrician. She is kind, attentive, and always takes the time to truly listen and care. Every visit with her is a positive experience — she explains things clearly, answers all our questions, and makes both parents and children feel at ease. I always leave her office feeling confident that my son is receiving the best care possible. Dr. Ostrow is an exceptional doctor, and we are lucky to have her.
