The staff was very kind and understanding. However, after over a week of waiting for my physical therapy orders(my orthopedic surgeon messed that up big time), I was informed they no longer offer physical therapy- after days and days of being told we could start it as soon as my orders came through. I really liked their hours so I was willing to breath through the pain and wait, but now I'm stuck finding a new office to treat me.
Extreme back pain, couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. 4 hours before my appointment, they cancelled on me. If you are in unbearable pain, I wouldn't recommend
Visited for chronic low back pain. Brought along my records, MRI, previous X-rays. The person who saw me was very polite as was all the staff but I was alarmed by the fact that she informed me that she was unable to read any of the various films I brought (so she never even looked) and said to come back with a report from a radiologist. She still did a chiropractic adjustment on me, without viewing a film herself or reading a single report.
A simple adjustment makes the world of difference for my lower back.
