This place is under new owners/management and is a 100% improvement over previous owners and workers.. have had my nails done 3x there in past few months and have turned out great; lasted long and with friendly staff as well .. highly recommend
I have been coming to this salon for a long time and I have historically had good experiences. However today I was extremely disappointed by how my nails came out. First I asked for French tips and the man was doing them so crooked and leaving white paint smudges on the pink portion of the nail so I said let’s just do chrome because I didn’t want them to look sloppy. My nails were beautifully and carefully done. Staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend.
Just left from getting my nails done. I was cut 3 times and was bleeding, nails are crooked! So unsatisfied and such a bad experience. I will not be back!
Been going here for 3 yrs and have always been extremely happy with my nail tech. 2 weeks ago I went and my tech was not there so I had a different lady. From beginning to end it was horrible. I had to wait 40 minutes (even though she said 5), I told her to keep same oval shape but make them shorter, dip with gel color. I have long natural nails and apply dip since I type for work.
