Mai did a fantastic job with my acrylic fill. I love stiletto nails and Mai checked in with me often to make sure she was not hurting me and the style was exactly what I wanted. Ruby helped me choose a trending color from all of the gorgeous colors available. I was impressed with how clean and cozy the salon is. Thank you, Ruby Nails! I'll definitely be back.
The pedicures themselves are good, but every time I arrive for a scheduled appointment I’m told they’re running 20–30 minutes behind due to staffing issues. If appointments can’t be honored on time, they shouldn’t be offered. Clients’ time should be respected.
I’m never disappointed when I bring an idea to Ruby. She is so talented & lovely to sit and chat with. I look forward to my nail appointments and love showing them off!!
