Horrible experience from this company. Most of our boxes were not labeled correctly and has made unpacking extremely frustrating. Things were just thrown into boxes without proper packaging. The packer was FaceTiming all day for some reason? Also this was an huge language barrier so we couldn’t speak to them at all to ask them not to pack certain things and I believe that’s also why so many things were labeled improperly. If you’re assigned this company for your Military move, do yourself a favor and beg for someone else! They’re a joke.
Lost screws to my dinning table, my drill never made it to the destination, few appliances dented .
They left my $300 metal weightlifting attachment out in the rain because they didn't want to get wet. I now have to go through a claims process to get some amount of reimbursement for it. Don't use them.
Was used for a military move. Very unprofessional. The packer sat around on her phone for 45 minutes in our living room before she even started working. On her phone the entire time. Overall was just inconsiderate. Asked me to help with the bigger things…As for the packing job itself, horrible. Be prepared for lots of broken things. After they finished the job, she left well over 30 empty boxes and a ton of packing paper for us to clean up.
