Nothing worse than being 10 mins late, having your appt cancelled and told to come back in x hours on your fourth attempt to get your defective iPhone fixed.
The employees here are super nice.
Easy to get to. The North Avenue bus stop is across the street and the store is located next to the subway station. There is also validated parking, but I don't know how much it is.
The staff here is friendly, helpful and super knowledgable but schedule your genius appt in advance and expect to wait.

Nice staff. Convenient location right outside of the north/clybourn station. I had Phil the Genius Bar technician with salt&pepper beard. He was friendly and knowledgable. He fixed my ancient MacBook!
Don't play in the fountain! Don't even look at it.
