Went there to look for an Aviator in a specific trim. Something seemed off when i mentioned a black label. I wonder how can a saleman tell me they don't carry the black label version but i needed to another Lincoln dealership. I have never heard BS like this buy maybe when i pull up in my 20 year old SUV they assume i didn't have the money. What a waste of my time and i guess i will spend my money here
I’ve brought my Lincoln here for recalls, routine oil changes, and most recently for a service issue. Each time, Ben has provided outstanding support—always professional, attentive, and focused on customer satisfaction. On my latest visit, his customer service surpassed the level of support I expected from management. It’s always a smooth and stress-free experience!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place over promises and under delivers. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My parents and I traveled to Maryland to visit my sisters. I have never had bad experience like this in my life. Anyway this is my last Lincoln.
Hassan was one of the best and most useful salesman. Buying the right car is difficult. Especially when the manufacture chooses what they put in their trucks. After 2 trucks over 8 years this third truck is finally what suited me. Hassan went above and beyond to achieve that. He found exactly what i wanted. He has my greatest thanks.
