Kevin was great in the sales department. My wife and I went to Apple to buy an Explorer, my wife didn’t like Explorer. We started looking at the Lincoln Nautilus in the show room, Kevin was able to find one in inventory that was a demo. You cannot find a better dealership than Apple Ford. I will never go to another dealership. The customer service you get is absolutely incredible. Starting from the top with the service manager, Curtis and his entire service department. As soon as you drive through, you are treated with care and complete professionalism. Went there to look for an Aviator in a specific trim. Something seemed off when i mentioned a black label. I wonder how can a saleman tell me they don't carry the black label version but i needed to another Lincoln dealership. I have never heard BS like this buy maybe when i pull up in my 20 year old SUV they assume i didn't have the money. What a waste of my time and i guess i will spend my money here
