If I could give 0 stars I would. This place over promises and under delivers. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My parents and I traveled to Maryland to visit my sisters. I have never had bad experience like this in my life. Anyway this is my last Lincoln.
Hassan was one of the best and most useful salesman. Buying the right car is difficult. Especially when the manufacture chooses what they put in their trucks. After 2 trucks over 8 years this third truck is finally what suited me. Hassan went above and beyond to achieve that. He found exactly what i wanted. He has my greatest thanks.

Apple Lincoln in Columbia Maryland Serviced our SUV with absolute care and assurance that the vehicle parts would work after the problem was solved. Manager, Ben Ludwig, diagnosed the problem using the proper equipment, assembled parts accordingly, and restored use of the vehicle within a short period of time. He also provided a list of additional repairs necessary to restore the entire vehicle to complete use. Excellent Service.
