Overall a really great place! I moved in my freshman year of college and lived here all 4 years. The renovated units were a much needed improvement. I really liked the kitchen, the appliances were nice. Some units have bigger fridges than others, not sure why. The bathroom was fine but it seems like maybe most units don't have a drain stopper so I never took a bath, only showers. It worked for my lifestyle though. Andrea the apartment manager and her team are awesome, however the buildings themselves were renovated by amateurs so expect to call maintenance every few weeks. It’s also a toss up if your neighbors are crackheads or students. Nice place though.
Love the newly remodeled apartments! Great parking and close to campus.
