Last night was my first class. I went by myself, and a little intimidated if I'm honest. I walked away having had SO much fun, feeling empowered and being able to actually do several tricks! Amber was a fantastic teacher - kind, giggly and approachable. She made learning so much more fun (and possible) than I even expected. I can't wait to go back - already booked in my second class for tomorrow!!

We had a great time! Fun way to mix it up in your fitness routine and get an awesome workout in. We were all beginners and Amber made it super easy for us to follow along and learn tricks. Check it out!! You won’t regret it!

I’m always the type to give up on things, but Amber and the entire crew at Apple Jelly keep me going even when I don’t think it’s possible. Do yourself a favor and try it.

I love the feeling of community here: there's a group regulars who come multiple times a week and there is often friendly banter between them and the instructors. I also really appreciate the fact that they don't overbook classes, meaning you won't have to share your pole. The teachers are talented, supportive, friendly, and totally comfortable with the origins of pole dancing!

My favorite part of the week is coming to Apple Jelly Studios❤️ I am not a dancer or into yoga, but was looking for a class to work on my flexibility. Stumbling into the stretching and flexibility class (on Monday nights!) was one of the best things I’ve ever done and has changed my life. I can touch my toes for the first time ever! Amber is so sweet and attentive, and she actually remembers your name and cares. I’d never been to a class where I felt so welcomed and encouraged.
