I am extremely disappointed with the pricing transparency and customer service at this location. My wife brought her SUV in for a routine oil change & wiper replacement. She asked them to look at a software glitch with the rear hatch. The "repair" consisted of a simple BCM reset (unplugging the battery), yet we were charged $179 for this five-minute procedure.
