I loved this place prior to it being sold out. Came in for every oil change, every bit of maintenance. I paid extra because I trusted the quality and professionalism. Once the dealership changed hands, all prior agreements and contracts from when I purchased my vehicle were null and void. No more car washes. No more free PA State Inspections, where I only had to cover the cost of the sticker, about $3 usually. I wasn't informed of this until after I had my vehicle inspected, and my $3 bill was $64 or so. Apple Honda's Service Department performed work on my daughter's car. They removed the driver's side front wheel and apparently put the lug nuts back on but did not tighten them down. The grinding and scraping noise subsequently heard by my daughter from that service visit compelled her not to drive the car. A return vist was scheduled to address the issue but upon returning the car back to Apple Honda, the wheel came off the car and my daughter lost control, hit the curb and went onto the sidewalk.
