Services offered by this health-clinic are not done on a professional and timely manner. The therapists never arrive on the scheduled time we set and confirm. There are few instances where the therapists will arrive randomly with no notice. My grandmother has specific limitations and we plan out to accommodate her during the scheduled times with the therapists, but due to the lack of accountability with our time by the therapists, we decided the cancel our services with them. The most caring and amazing staff EVER!! It truly pleased our family to have our mom under the care of Apple Home Hlthcare. From the first day of care up until the last day of care (due to change of insurance), we were so completely satisfied with Nurse Thuy and the office staff. The coordination of care from her PCP to office staff to the nurses, PTs, and OTs was always done with respect, professionalism, tender care, in a timely manner, and extreme patience.
