Unprofessional, bad communication.. please don't bring your child here waste of time. 1st red flag was almost month of repeat calling just get someone to answer n a promise to call back that was never done. Then schedule an appointment for January 11th just to get there n they are closed. Then told appointment was scheduled for January 21 which is a Saturday and there not even open weekends. So don't waste ur time find a better more qualified speech therapist for your child.
Vanessa the young lady that runs the place is very sweet and understanding. We came here for speech therapy testing and she was very accommodating. The facility is clean and children friendly. The business is in a complex with other offices and cannot be noticed from the road as of today.
