I visited Apple Ford as a walk-in due to a hole in a tire on my F150. I wasn’t sure if their service team could patch the puncture, but to my surprise they were. Ms. Edie Staggs welcomed me at the service counter, and one of the technicians looked at my tire and got my vehicle to the back within 10 minutes of my arrival. Excellent job and superior customer service by the whole team!
