A massive headache. Their AI Agent is terrible, I was instructed to bring my vehicle to the wrong place, was transferred to the tow shop multiple times trying to reach the body shop, I was kept waiting for a quote far longer than I was told I would be, and then finally quoted an insane amount for a minor repair (Raising prices to cover the cost of their AI model? My experience with Tristate Collision Center was utterly disappointing. Not only was their paint job cheap and hasty, leaving streaks and uneven coverage all over my car, but when I raised my concerns, they had the audacity to claim that it was the best they could do. The bodywork was equally subpar, with visible dents still present and poorly matched paint. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this establishment if you care about the quality and integrity of your vehicle.
