Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Location. The customer service however is rude and downright arrogant.
The store feels crowded and constructed in a way that other Apple stores don’t—likely due to the mass of people stuffed inside, and the lack of windows.

THE SALES REPS DO NOT DISCLOSE HIDDEN COSTS AS THE COST OF THE UPGRADE PLAN. I WAS TOLD THERE WERE NONE YET WAS UNKNOWINGLY CHARGED $149 WHEN I DID NOT NEED A LOAN OR THE UPGRADE PLAN.
It was nearly empty two weeks before Christmas. They need to transfer some of the Valley Fair shoppers to Stanford to even things out.
