Very disappointed with the service, had to wait 15 minutes for help. I purchased an iPhone X and felt rushed out of the store - only to get home and the SIM card was not put into the new phone.
I'd recommend seeing if the purchase is online (for store pickup) as opposed to driving there and being disappointed.

To much wait time
It's an Apple Store and that speaks for itself. It's the largest Apple flagship store in NYC. The staff are friendly and helpful. Located in a great location; quite busy so pack your patience
It’s in a nice mall with places to browse and eat during your almost guaranteed 1-1 1/2 hr wait to be actually helped by an apple staff
Foursquare never a chance to say what’s IMPORTANT to know about this store which is that the staff in general is incompetent (5 members couldn’t transfer an Android to a new iPhone, I’m not kidding)
Great and fast staff! Resolved my issue in no time and without an appointment.
They were efficient and repaired my phone in the time they told me it would take.
