Good Apple shop, spacious view of the river, they run on going awareness sessions about new iPhone features, they helped in putting screen protectors & transferring your data from old to new iPhone.
You do need the Apple Pencil with your iPad.
Remodel moved classes front and center. One to one and support are on the left and right respectively
This store takes advantage of its customers. Broke my iPhone 7 Plus during a battery replacment, replaced it with a "new phone" which turned out to be a defective refurb and have refused to replace.
