Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Dr. Rooz and the entire staff at Apple Family Dentistry in Las Colinas are extremely nice &helpful and always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Rooz is very meticulous with the work he does. My husband and I have gone to him for several years now and could not be happier - we have never had any problems with the dental work that Dr. Rooz has performed. Excellent Service!!!! The dentist was very personable not pushy with the treatment at all. I had been to other dentist for my front teeth, and was very dissatisfied. Dr. Rooz took the time to explain all different treatment options and choose the best one for me which surprisingly was very reasonable compared to other dentist. He is a perfectionist!!! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen.
