Great Service, Friendly Staff
I am very disappointed with the patient bedside manner of Dr. Applebaum. I felt criticized and judged. He spoke to me as if I was a child and reprimanded me in an unprofessional way when I didn’t follow his guidance exactly. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel like this, and I won’t be returning for future eye care needs.
While the examination was top notch I was not pleased with the condition of the glasses we received. Excess wire was not clipped from frames. Lenses were not cleaned upon purchase
Dr. Applebaum and his staff are wonderful; courteous and professional! Dr. Applebaum took the time to truly listen and answer all my questions. Happy to recommend to family and friends.
Excellent care and service. Dr. Applebaum was very nice and very thorough. I highly recommend him and Apple Eye Care.
