Really impressed with them! I had a broken screen in my macbook, and they were able to get it replaced the next day, and troubleshot another problem that popped up. I've got no reservations about going back next time I need something repaired.
The Apple Expert guys are honest and reliable. I had a Macbook Pro 2020 model and the motherboard was completely toasted. They quoted for a repair of 700$ and fixed it as well. I was given a quote within 10 minutes. I was quoted for 1000$+ from another Apple certified retailer and also to even get a quote from other places, we need to spend atleast 50$ and need to give the laptop for a day to just get a quote. AWESOME !!! This place is definitely the best! Replaced my iPhone 11 battery in minutes! (Had the battery previously replaced at a shop in the NE- never again as they put in a cheap battery.) Super easy-going guys & easy to talk to & understand! They want you to have the option that’s best for you, not try to sell you something or use cheap parts. This is the place to go for your Mac. After spilling a small amount of water on the keyboard, we took our MacBook to Apple. They didn't even open it to look at it - just told us we need to buy a new one and forget about the data on the drive. I took it to Apple Expert just before they closed on a Thursday. Apple Expert is a great store! The owner is not only knowledgeable but also very approachable and hardworking. Even though my broken motherboard couldn’t be fixed, he tried every possible method to help me. He even offered a free diagnosis, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend it!
