Honestly, the service from these guys is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I visited them because I had broken a connector on my Mac after attempting a repair myself. They took it in the same day and fixed it. Without a doubt, it’s the best place in the city to get your Mac fixed.

Summary/Answer: huge time delays, no communication about watch no longer being waterproof, blamed me for damage after it was “fixed” (when all I did was use the watch as it was initially intended), refused to give me a refund other than $40 or the $190. My new kitten knocked an entire mug of Hot Chocolate directly into my MacBook Air, straight through the keyboard/trackpad. I Immediately vacuumed out as much liquid as I could, and left it to air dry for 48 hrs. I took my laptop to Apple Expert, with zero hope it could be saved. My MacBook wouldn’t charge and didn’t know why. I took it to Apple who told me it was liquid damage and that it was going to cost the price of a new laptop to repair.
