Apple Expert is a great store! The owner is not only knowledgeable but also very approachable and hardworking. Even though my broken motherboard couldn’t be fixed, he tried every possible method to help me. He even offered a free diagnosis, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend it!
The guys at Apple Experts are the best! My iPad wasn’t charging and seem to have charging port issues. Andrew diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to install a new battery within a couple of hours. That was ideal since I was from out of town. I was expecting to leave it for repair for a couple of weeks. Both gentlemen in the shop are knowledgeable and very approachable to discuss what you might need. Great service, great experience. I was seriously impressed with this shop. They are exceptionally professional, capable, and fairly priced. Work was completed on time, and everything works like a charm. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to friends and family if they were having issues with any Apple product.
Thank you so much Apple Experts! I spilled an entire orange juice all over my MacBook Pro and I thought there was no saving it. I took it to the Apple Experts and they FIXED IT and made it brand new again! The staff were super friendly and understanding. They also give you a 6 month warranty after they fix it, which is incredible. I 1000% recommend these guys!
Unreal experience. Couldn't be happier Story is I has a phone that got water damaged (iPhone 14 Pro Max). Had Applecare on it (thankfully) and Apple themselves said they could replace my current phone for a new one for only $100, but Apple told me the data on it would cost at minimum $5,000 to retrieve. With 30,000+ photos spanning a decade on the line, I couldn't accept defeat just yet.
