Apple Expert is a great store! The owner is not only knowledgeable but also very approachable and hardworking. Even though my broken motherboard couldn’t be fixed, he tried every possible method to help me. He even offered a free diagnosis, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend it!
Spilled water on my work laptop and went to Apple - they wanted to charge me $1000 and no data recovery, potentially more if they deemed the problem more serious. Zero help. Called around and was quoted up to 5k for data recovery from (without a laptop fix) from places around Calgary. Luckily found these guys on Google. For around the same cost as just replacing the motherboard with Apple, they repaired the motherboard and saved the data. Very happy to have found this place - laptop is as good as new and all data recovered.
I've come here to have my MacBook repaired a few times (water damage and battery replacement) and will definitely keep coming back when I need repairs. Haider is personable, cares about his customers, and truly an expert at what he does. I would recommend his shop to anyone who wants to lengthen the life on their Apple products!!
Honestly, the service from these guys is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I visited them because I had broken a connector on my Mac after attempting a repair myself. They took it in the same day and fixed it. Without a doubt, it’s the best place in the city to get your Mac fixed.
My new kitten knocked an entire mug of Hot Chocolate directly into my MacBook Air, straight through the keyboard/trackpad. I Immediately vacuumed out as much liquid as I could, and left it to air dry for 48 hrs. I took my laptop to Apple Expert, with zero hope it could be saved. Within 10 minutes they were able to accurately assess and educate me on all the damage, and give me a very reasonable quote for the fix.
