AWESOME !!! This place is definitely the best! Replaced my iPhone 11 battery in minutes! (Had the battery previously replaced at a shop in the NE- never again as they put in a cheap battery.) Super easy-going guys & easy to talk to & understand! They want you to have the option that’s best for you, not try to sell you something or use cheap parts. Apple Expert is a great store! The owner is not only knowledgeable but also very approachable and hardworking. Even though my broken motherboard couldn’t be fixed, he tried every possible method to help me. He even offered a free diagnosis, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend it!
What an amazing service! I walked into the store with my "vintage" Macbook air: they had the battery swapped out in 10 minutes, and my machine was as good as new. Better price, WAY faster service, and none of the fuss of standing in line for an Apple "genius." The owner of this store is the real Mac genius! I like it so much I also got a battery swap on my ipod classic: done in less than 24 hours. Amazing!
